I expected more for the price we paid, especially regarding cleanliness and food quality. Overall, my family's experience was far below expectations, and we definitely won't be returning.

I was hoping for fresh fruit, but they didn't have any during my stay. The breakfast area itself was a bit cramped, especially with the number of guests. The elevator was small and occasionally slow, which can be frustrating in busy times. Managerial presence was also lacking. I didn’t see them addressing problems as they arose. All in all, it’s a passable stay with room for improvement, mainly in cleanliness and service.
